Executive Director

The Executive Director (ED) is the lead change agent in advancing Hole Food Rescue’s (HFR) mission to reduce food waste and cultivate food security. The ED plays a central role in strategic plan implementation, fundraising, community relationships, team management, and organizational oversight. The ED will usher HFR into the next chapter of our story, redoubling our commitment to high-impact programming, operational sustainability, and a strong organizational culture. In keeping with HFR values, the ED will carry out its duties with integrity, resourcefulness, and accountability.
